Our Youth
We desire to see I Timothy 4:12 realized in the lives of our youth. This ministry is deliberate in conveying to the youth that as with Jeremiah, God has an assignment and a divine plan for their lives. The ministry obligates and commits itself to create an environment where the next generation of Christian leaders can boldly take their place in the body of Christ. In fostering this commitment, our youth will have lives characterized by spiritual courage, holiness, charity, faith, purity and the ability to think critically and act upon the issues facing their generation. Our ministry exists to help the youth develop their growth in God, to promote unity through Christian fellowship, to demonstrate the love of Christ, to honor God in their worship and to activate God's principles of reaching non-believing youths. We serve youth of all ages from Nursery through High School. In addition to Sunday services, we have weekly activities as well as monthly events. We also teach our youth the importance of serving others with our community outreach efforts. Our Youth Center is the hub for youth spiritual development, educational workshops, fellowship, and a fun place for youth to hang out with other youth. Youth For Truth "Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity." (I Timothy 4:12) |
